Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Prange Agency LLC ("Thrivient", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Thrivient creator publishing tool at creators.thrivienthealth.com (the "Service").
1. Who we are
Thrivient is a product of Prange Agency LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company. Contact: admin@thrivienthealth.com.
2. Information we collect
Account information
When you create a Thrivient account we collect your email address and a hashed password. If you sign in with a third-party identity provider, we receive the email address and profile name associated with that provider.
Connected social account information
When you connect a TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube account to Thrivient, we receive an OAuth access token issued by that platform and a limited set of profile data scoped by your consent. Specifically for TikTok, we may access:
- Basic profile info (
user.info.basic): your TikTok username, display name, and avatar URL — used inside Thrivient to confirm which account is connected. - Video upload & publish (
video.upload,video.publish): the ability to upload draft videos and publish posts you explicitly submit through the Thrivient dashboard. - Post-level performance metrics (where granted): views, likes, comments, and shares for posts you have published through Thrivient.
We do not access your TikTok inbox, followers list, DMs, private videos, or any TikTok data outside the scopes listed above.
Content you upload
We process video files, captions, and hashtags you upload or generate inside the Service in order to publish them to your connected accounts on your behalf.
Usage data
We collect minimal product usage data (page views, feature usage, error logs) to improve the Service. We do not sell this data or share it with advertisers.
3. How we use information
- To provide the Service — authenticating your account, publishing content to your connected platforms, and showing you post performance.
- To send transactional emails about your account (sign-in, billing, security).
- To improve the Service and diagnose technical issues.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your connected-account data, your uploaded content, or your TikTok post performance to train advertising models, sell to third parties, or build cross-creator profiles.
4. Sharing and disclosure
We share information only with the third-party platforms you explicitly connect (for example, sending a video to TikTok when you press "Publish"), with infrastructure providers strictly necessary to run the Service (hosting, email delivery, error monitoring), and as required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Data retention & deletion
We retain your Thrivient account information for as long as your account is active. When you disconnect a connected social account from the Service, we immediately revoke and discard the associated OAuth access token; metadata about previously published posts may be retained for performance history but is no longer used to access the platform.
When you delete your Thrivient account, we delete your account information, OAuth tokens for all connected platforms, and uploaded content within 30 days. To request deletion, email admin@thrivienthealth.com.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to certain processing, or to data portability. Email admin@thrivienthealth.com to exercise these rights.
You can revoke Thrivient's access to your TikTok account at any time by disconnecting it from the Thrivient settings page, or by going to TikTok's app permissions settings and removing Thrivient there.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage for OAuth tokens, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your information we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact admin@thrivienthealth.com.
9. International users
Thrivient is operated from the United States. By using the Service you understand that your information may be processed in the United States and other jurisdictions.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to you by email or via a notice in the Service. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
